I sent multiple mails and voice mails and no reply. I can tell they actually don’t care about their clients by the shortage of service and client support.

Came just as great as I envisioned. Glad I went for this particular corporation. No problems, dolls arrived just as envisioned. Shipping took longer than anticipated as a result of coronavirus however they emailed I want to understand what was happening and kept me informed on my arrangement during… got somewhat shy occasionally due to the tracking number statuses but bundle showed up while it said it was going to be picked up. These men knew over fedex could inform me. Well worth the wait. Anna and Angelina dolls are all highly urged:) excellent quarantine pickup… enjoy them!

Are trying to solve mulyiple problems with my purchase! Gave them some opportunity to rectify due to the covid-19 outbreak; quite slow to react to e-mails(occasionally you need to send some to find a reply ). Tried phoning and it belongs to voicemail(have not heard from them through telephone!) Was guaranteed on two seperate occasions which they would ship a”we are sorry” package/item; have yet to obtain one and this was weeks ago!

It took some time to get the wearer to get here due to the pandemic happening. It required a bit over a few months,however, I could totally understand the madness that the firm has to be moving through,and what number of emails they should have obtained of people not obtaining the speedy shipping I know folks were becoming before all this craziness going on.I was seriously scared I got ripped away.
But customer support contacted me and explained exactly what was happening and in just a week I Received my own BEAUTIFUL doll:).And they threw in some Excess lingerie to the inconvenience
She was excellent. . .until I dressed in lingerie. Entirely my fault. They delivered a care pamphlet I set aside while dressing and whined about it. I am still looking for the ideal remedy for out the stains,however I feel as though it can be too deep.
Please anybody who reads this do your self a favor and perform study about cleaning and upkeep during the time that you’re awaiting your own doll to get there.

Second doll I’ve bought from them which includes a powerful odor apparently coming in the older silicon which has been used years past, their dolls aren’t created with the newest TPE fresh silicon. Additionally badly constructed as you’re able to see the seams in which they paste it my other dolls out of the other firm do not have some seams/lines anyplace in your human body and they do not smell like decomposing vinyl however True Touch dolls do. I will not be buying anything from them .

Purchases of this sort could be funny. But right from the beginning there weren’t any surprises. I had a couple of questions.
