Ignas and his staff were great to work with. Our plan was based on 218, but we had HOA restrictions (roof pitch and sloped lot). I had other changes that I wanted to make to the floorplan. Ignas listened to my needs and designed a floor plan that I love. He was responsive and patient. It was quick to get the job done. It was just recently that we broke ground and I couldn`t be happier to see our dream home come into being.

My wife and I were searching for the perfect Mid-Century Modern Plan. We originally purchased a different plan from an architect. Two weeks later, I was searching for mid-century design ideas. Truoba`s exterior design caught my eye. After I found the Truoba 320 Home Plan, my original plan purchase was no longer an option. The Truoba Home Plan 320 met all our requirements. It was a pleasure to work with Ignas and his staff. Ignas was very helpful and provided me with the changes I needed within 24 hours. We are excited to begin the construction of the house and will share photos once it is complete.
