Terrible customer support. Told them my suroin air ceased working and that I had the two year guarantee. But how easy the guarantee did not begin yet. They then wanted a lot of useless videos and images of my vape not functioning for me personally to put in thickness and shake fundamental sections of my vape to explain whats wrong with it only to allow them to mention I voided the warranty. Only a entire waste of time. If just allow me to email it and get a response if they can fix it or maybe not. Rant over

They`re a reliable reputable business. I don`t worry about getting my purchase. There is a good deal of complaints regarding slow delivery. Although transport is ridiculously slow, even in equity you`re cautioned about this if you have a look beneath the delivery connection. Whoever owns an Ejuice business and veteran of this vape market. I am seriously disappointment from the delay, support and RMA procedure for Vapor DNA. I am in my 5th day and 3rd email to Client Support because receipt of my thing. They sent a recently released $60 apparatus missing components and using a busted tank. The tank is coated in dust. The delegated customer support rep”Omar” always asks for images rather than just supplying an RMA. I believe it is ridiculous I have to deal with an product which has lost components and is coated in glassin order to just return a product I registered a complaint on withing 24hrs of receipt. This age-old deceptive consumer clinic is set in place to trust complaints”out time”. This client won`t time out before I get a replacement in zero price and also my buy religion is reestablished. Very Bad service. States 24-72 hour processing period before shipping onsite. I ordered on Tuesday at 0800 and my item was not sent until Saturday. That is 96 hours to process. After the 72 hour markers hit I requested for the sequence to be cancelled. Though I`d had a ticket open with all the customer support email, my petition was dismissed as well as the things where sent anyways.
Slow, bad support, bad communication and dishonesty. I am not going to conduct business with those folks again. You will find loads of better stores on the internet and you ought to take your company there.
