I am a general builder and that I wanted equipment on short note… walked was greeted… I had sent an email that the day prior to and got a response in rapid arrangement they had everything was searching for. Only a dreadful experience. Took more than 6 months to get our freezer and finally when they did send the freezer they fell it off to a few of our kitchen folks and abandoned. The exact identical evening I opened the box into some totally broken freezer and instantly reached out with their client services. They stated this could be a claim against the cargo but we did not check it until it got dropped to our kitchen. They registered a claim against the freight business and have been refused (which occurred more than 4 months ). Here we are 10 months from purchasing from store restaurant prices and essentially got taken for about $1000. Exactly what a scam that this area is!!!
