W T Farley has been a supplier of oxygen carriers for many years. We were pleased with their product. We inquired recently about purchasing a single oxygen cart that was assembled and of better quality than what the oxygen companies offer. We received a prompt telephone response, and were promptly informed that our online order had shipped.

Excellent product. It was exactly what I needed to store oxygen bottles safely and conveniently. The casters allow me to move the oxygen bottle to the door without the need for the delivery man to follow me around the house. I`m very happy. Although assembly was simple, the instructions could have been clearer. These types of units are familiar to me, but novices might find it difficult. It was an excellent value considering the heavy-duty nature of the cart.

Our company PO number was not entered during the checkout process. The order confirmation didn`t reflect this. It would have been useful to have a better description of the tank holders. They should work when we get them.

The web site and ordering process were otherwise excellent. I would not hesitate to use you again.
