Within a month later I had paid, they advised me sending altered and I owe and also extra $400. Another month has passed, so they will not answer my mails, calls or dms, “ I can not get the solution or my refund.

In 1st I had been having a challenging time getting in touch with them. I tried emailing and phoning no chance… I was actually bummed because I understand that their rods are high quality. I discovered afterwards they are understaffed. So that clarifies things.
The following day I had an email reply answering all my questions and departing direct hyperlinks into what I wanted on the website. Super helpful! & I received a phone from XPole exactly the identical moment. Amy walked me through every thing and that I must have a rod on the way shortly!
