Speedy shipping. The reality when in comparison with the photograph clearly differs just a bit. Was a bit darker than what I have obtained but chose to keep them anyhow. Total 100% satisfied by the entire experience. Can recommend.

Hated giving this evaluation since the products were nice, the cost was exceptional and the shipping date has been nearly as mentioned. The dilemma is that the products were not delivered to the day consented, leaving us to wait patiently at home just to be informed in the close of the day which they could not deliver daily. We ended up picking out the merchandise from the vendors the next morning because we all had a tradesman reserved to match the flooring. We’ve asked a charge on the shipping fee however our email was ignored.

Excellent site. Good communications. Wonderful excellent tiles. Delivery cost was very pricey although the returns coverage is dreadful. Adding 10% additional tiles intended I am left with plenty of additional tiles that I am unable to return. On the other hand, the tiles have been such fantastic quality which non broke (therefore I did not require the additional 10 percent ), so that is a fantastic thing.

I am dropping a celebrity as the delivery prices are extremely costly and also the’kerbside delivery’ has been into some kerbside 50 metres off…. Regardless of why the driver would not stop out my door (any other lorry delivery has). Carrying a few 23.5kg boxes in to my house over that space isn’t my idea of pleasure.

Very great firm. It started bad since the tiles were sent two boxes were loose in which the boxes shattered. Tiles has been busted and not at all good shape. Desired them to the weekend. Had a telephone call after messaging that the provider. Replacements was shipped within two weeks. They may not get enough to assist really very good firm.

They’d obviously been saved somewhere wet, consequently we needed to wash out the tiles, wash mildew them off .
