After searching the internet for a mechanical lock that would withstand the elements, Barzel was recommended to me. The lock was simple to purchase. This particular model of Kaba lock was urgently needed to arrive in 2 days. Barzellock.com customer support found it for me and shipped it to me in the time promised. They offered the best price online and did not charge extra for fast shipping. Excellent customer service and company! The best I have found!

My front door lock was broken by accident and I didn`t know how to fix it. The closest shop is quite far from me so I decided to use the internet to search for companies that could sell me a new lock. This company was recommended to me and I am not sure why. Actually, I explained all of my situation to the customer service manager who then recommended some locks. I placed an order and installed it. It fit my door perfectly and I have no problems with it today. We are grateful to the customer service manager and all of our company.

Excellent advice. They were able to get a knowledgeable person to help with the first ring. The product was priced fairly and shipped quickly. We will continue to rely on Barzel for any future security component requirements, even though we live across the country. It is refreshing to find a supplier who operates in the same way as our business, i.e., on time, efficiently, and accurately.

They literally increased the price of an item while I was on the phone verifying if they had X number of items.
This is the last place I will look for items.
They were fine, apart from that. But, while I was talking, I realized that you will increase the price since you are the last person to sell this item. This is Bull hockey.

I uploaded a picture of the part that I required and they quickly sent me a link to place an order on their website. I placed my order, and it was shipped the next day. I also received a tracking number. This is how I wish all suppliers were!
