They reply to emails promptly. They are human beings who have actual competence and expertise. They can help you make real arrangements.

Since this was my first experience with a carnet, I didn`t know much about the process. I called five times asking questions, and received very clear answers. Once the application was submitted, a representative called me to inform me of several issues that needed fixing. She was patient and very clear about what was required. Her responsiveness was especially important as I was under a tight deadline.
