Total excellent. LA terminal was great to take care of. Revenue & quotation emails are great. Reputation alarms could be erratic based on source terminal. Shipping on the Honolulu finish in slow compared with other carriers. DHX is amazing with hurry pickups around the mainland, however dash delivery seldom happens.

Very slow reaction time on quotation requests despite several follow ups. The ceremony once in DHX/DGX ownership is excellent. On the other hand, the delay will trigger a variety of missed chances for our staff and yours.

Filed a promise. Snap sent me another motto. Second timeI requested to determine if ship is broken inside, sending man from dhx advised me they are not responsible if it is broken inside. Only liable away from the box. But obviously states on the box scrutinize indoors prior to signing. Removed cardboard box, bumper fell outside and had large corner harm. 1 wheel is hovering over the ground. Had a Feeling that the man already knew it’d ruined into the box because there were tears about the box. Toolbox is just protected by means of one cardboard box along with corner guards. They ought to at least shrink wrapping the toolbox and shrink wrap the cardboard box. Would of averted less harm. In general dhx employees requires more instruction about the best way best to stop damage to goods.
