I contacted Empire Medals and clarified that I had my awards Court mounted to get a ceremony in fourteen days. Sent down them for birth on Saturday, and they had been also completed and returned with the next Wednesday. Your excellent support is much valued. Thank you.

Quite disappointed actually. Ordered decoration framework to get a date particular event a few weeks hence, also reluctantly was advised by email that Covid disturbance meant a turnaround/delivery timescale of about 28 days. As soon as I chased the shipping date after 26 times that I had been advised delivery timescales were months. I`d have expected better communicating as it was a substantial shift. I cancelled my order and also to be honest I obtained a refund instantly. I sourced an alternate elsewhere that`s to be sent in 6 weeks.

The support I received was exceptional, the communication has been first class and that I believed that my item was being taken care of on an individual level. I managed to accumulate my own shipping plus they refunded me shipping cost and produced me an Death Penny Medal Length – without any cost. They were incredibly apologetic concerning the situation and the goods are of a great standard. The client support staff proved quite helpful and understanding. Ordered with Empire Medals on 20th November and obtained a few upgrade Emails but no reference that orders wouldn`t be finished by Christmas. Emailed the company a week before Christmas to test on shipping, automated response just. Emailed on 21/12/18 to obtain an automated response which the business was currently closed and wouldn`t be open till 2/1/19. No reference on the business site that orders might be delayed or never sent. From the new year that the firm delivered an all customers Mail apology to individuals they`d disappointed, this was personalised or stated with significance. I Emailed to cancel my order and I didn`t get a refund but so far I haven`t obtained any private communication. As the others have stated I`d avoid since their customer support is appalling in the slightest.

I analyzed Empire Medals a few weeks ago because I was quite frustrated that I had not got my purchase in time for Christmas and it was a really special gift for my husband.
Now here is the remainder of the narrative…….
After attempting to get Empire Medals without avail that I got a telephone call now from the Client Services Manager and also she stated that the ceremony I`d received wasn`t great enough. She stated they had a sudden influx of commands, they did not anticipate, as a result of 100th anniversary of the conclusion of the First World War. She continued to state this was no explanation though and they ought to have fulfilled my purchase.
Everything I did not expect however is that she`s provided me a complete refund and stated that my purchase will probably likely be with me tomorrow (I`ve already got an email using the entire amount refunded). Not only have I obtained a Unreserved apology but I`m going to get my purchase.

Received world war medals simply to come across the mid pine foliage missing in sequence, had an email saying medals have been in quality management, they then were dispatched.Someone did not assess the sequence properly prior to being discharged, and now have needed to post back delivery and will need to wait again to them to be returned. . The Real medals are excellent only disappointed that sequence was incorrect, could of given 5 stars

Unacceptable communicating and processing in this corporation.
I purchased awards on 20th November; guided by employees it will arrive in time for Christmas, and also some flaws or problems that they could call us ASAP.
What exactly happened? Nothing for Christmas. I`ve attempted to email/call/facebook/twitter and no communication.
Nevertheless no products.
