Purchased A Starboard Carbon Paddle from those men and obtained a faulty one. I emailed them to see about obtaining a replacement and Really quickly obtained and email back from Julian to help out. . Starboard, such as everybody, didn`t have a replacement readily available at the time it took around a month to acquire the replacement. Julian in Green Water was over it stayed in contact with me within the month upgrading me when I need to observe the brand new repalcement paddle. Really exceptional customer support on those men part. It is uncommon to have a company stay connected in addition to they did more than a faulty replacement. The faulty paddle wasn`t any real fault of theirs, so it turned out to be a Starboard matter. I`ll certainly keep with Green Water again.
