George, the property manager was extremely helpful and kind, making it a very easy experience. I received a prompt response to my initial email asking if there was a unit available. Other places I sent emails to I have not heard back. I am very satisfied with the customer service. It makes me feel safe knowing that my belongings are secure and safe at this facility.
