A Certificate of Existence was purchased for $75. It was identical to the $10 one I received from GA Secretary-of-State. Although it`s not fraudulent, I believed this Certificate of Existence would be more reliable and credible to help with foreign filings in WA State.

These private service Apostille acquisition firms are usually too expensive. SunDoc`s fees were significantly lower than those of their competitors, and their service was excellent. They responded to my emails almost immediately, delivered the Apostille within the quoted timeframe, and Tiffiney, my agent, even called Fedex for me when I discovered that my address was incorrect. SunDoc Filings is now my “go-to” for Apostille or notarization in California.

To open a new LLC account with my brokerage firm, I required a DE “In Good Order” doc. The client didn`t have this document. This site was easy to find and to use to open the account. I also sent a copy of the account to my client, who was extremely happy.

I signed up for their DBA service. Everything went smoothly except for the payment. Their website stated that my credit card had been declined because the address I provided did not match the billing address of the card holder. It was identical, I triple-checked. I phoned their customer service. The woman who answered the phone stated that they couldn`t help me because their website rejected my transaction. She also blamed my credit card. She didn`t even apologize to me for the inconvenience. My bank confirmed that nothing was wrong with my credit card. My bank said that SunDoc Filings had not approved my transaction. I used the same card to pay another DBA service provider and it worked FINE.

Five stars… but if it were up to me, it would be 10.
My LLC was a great experience. Tiffiney was amazing. She provided exceptional customer service and is very knowledgeable. She was a great help and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. It was completed in a matter of hours. Sundoc and Tiffiney are great for any business need.

It is a terrible company that promises something but does not deliver. I was promised 2-4 hours to receive a certificate of good standing. I cancelled my order within 10 minutes, and they did not give me any money back.
The state gives them editing and giving verbiage that is entirely different.

I paid an extra fee to have my certificate of good standing/status expedited. According to your website, a rush order can take up to 2 hours. I received a confirmation email and assumed everything would be fine. I received an email from my confirmation email a few days later, referring to an earlier email I had not seen and asking me if I still wanted the certificate since the corporation was suspended. To prove in court that the corporation had been suspended, I needed the certificate. I replied that I wanted the certificate even though I said “yes”. The certificate was ordered directly from the Secretary of State`s website by my client`s wife. She received it the day after the trial ended. I have not received the certificate I ordered yet and don`t need it. However, you have asked me to give my opinion on your service. Let`s take a look. The same thing is a certificate of status and a certification of good standing. If it states “suspended”, why should you question whether someone still needs one? Perhaps mind reading isn`t your forte.
