This was used in a tournament right out of the wrapper. Bat sounds great. The Ounce Endload makes it easy to get the barrel through the ball. The first three swings were a success. Highly recommended.

This speaker was recommended to me by other people. I am not impressed so far. I have tried to email you a few times regarding our speaker problems. Bluetooth doesn`t work (connects but stops when the phone is within 4-5 feet) and the speaker isn`t as loud than my $100 ion. My issues were emailed and it was suggested that my battery was fully charged, or maybe there was an old Bluetooth problem. My husband and I have both the latest iPhones. Both phones are experiencing the same problem. It`s been more than a week since I received my response and still haven`t heard back from anyone.

Everything was simple and easy, even ordering. UPS delivered the package too late. UPS charged me extra for shipping 2 days ahead of my game. It was great that HB Sports offered to reimburse the $10 for the slight delay. I am a happy customer and will continue to purchase my next bat from them.
