HCT has been a part of my life for many years. There were times when I had to travel to other countries, but that was not the fault of HCT. All of these transfers were comparable in quality and cost. Excellent customer service. The owner also called me personally years ago to thank me for ordering my first order. That was a wonderful experience that I will never forget. Transfers were flawless which is what was most important. The online ordering and account system were complicated, inexact, and difficult to use. I didn`t know what I would get, or if it was going the right address, etc. My order didn`t appear in the system because my Howard representative set it up and my shipping and billing addresses were incorrect. The account details were finally corrected. We hope that future orders will show the invoices and orders in the system. I look forward doing more business in future. I only hope that eventually you will allow mega-color plastisol transfer.

I was ordering screenprint transfers for the first time and HCT made it easy. It was very affordable. It was easy to follow the application instructions. A few transfers left residue on the clothing beyond the image, so I had to reduce them all to stop this from happening.
