Overall, a great experience. The rate was great and the entire process was very simple. It could have taken only a few days. This is because there was not enough information about how the process worked. The seller and I were both clueless, and the seller was clearly nervous about dealing with an out-of-state buyer and an online lender. A short email introducing the process would be helpful to both seller and buyer.
