Ollie`s service and product were excellent. Communication and notifications regarding the delivery and preparation of the food keep us informed of when it will arrive. To preserve the food during transport to its destination, it is well-packed. The food portion-oriented packaging is great! It makes it easier for us to give the right amount of food each day for our pet. And, most importantly, it`s a treat that our dog loves. Hopper`s Vet recommended that we feed our dog lamb. It is pure Lamb and we are amazed at how delicious it smells. We are pleased with Ollie`s offerings so far. Hopper is even happier. He really enjoys the food. Thank you Ollie Team!

They sent me boxes without my permission and charged me.
I called customer service, and they said that an email had been sent. It never was. I checked my junk, my spam, and everything else.
My dog hasn`t been eating it. It must have been changed in the recipe. They were extremely dissatisfied.

I`ve been searching for a solution to my stomach-tender rescue dog. Ollie loves Ollie`s nutrient-dense meal. It is a favorite of my dog, and the probiotics aid in digestion. Gina was wonderful to work with when I needed to reach customer service. It was easy and smooth, and I am thankful to Ollie for their kindness.

It would take too much to describe, but Ollies customer service quickly solved my problem. While I was talking to their CS Donny, an email came within a few minutes confirming all he had promised to do. I understood everything and realized I was partly to blame. Everything about Ollie was wonderful. From the ease of setting up plans, to the welcoming branding and to talking with customer service, it was a great experience. Bridget and Meghan, please give me a big thank you. Bridget was more understanding than ever when I contacted her about Sonny`s (my dog) dissatisfaction with two of the three options he tried. Bridget sent more chicken options to him since he expressed interest. I had to cancel the subscription because he was inconsistent about eating the meals. My search continues for a meal solution to Sonny`s problem, but I will absolutely recommend Ollie to everyone regardless of where it leads me. We are so grateful!

The customer service is outstanding. Smaller packages are available for small dogs, making it easier to reduce waste.
They don`t offer discounts for military personnel, which is a problem because it limits my options when I have to take care of my service dog. Despite this, I prefer to spend my money on Ollie rather than limit my spending elsewhere. Ollie is a good choice for me because my dog is happy and healthy when she eats it.

My dogs love the food and I love the whole delivery process. The website and app interface is great. It is easy to navigate the website and make changes to my dogs` profiles. I have one senior dog and one puppy. Both are mixed breeds and they are both happier and more active after Ollie.

My customer service experience was exceptional. I called to confirm that the dry dog food was in stock. The customer service representative confirmed it and added it to my next order. She contacted me the next day to confirm my shipment date and make sure I had enough food for my next shipment. Because I had to change the date several times during travel, I appreciate her extra effort.

My picky eater enjoys the dry and wet dog food and the treats. I used to make all his food, and he never ate anything else. But to my surprise, he now loves Ollie.

I likened Ollie`s to a Farmer`s Dog. Both can be prepared with healthy ingredients. Because of how easy it is to open the packages, I chose Ollie`s. Farmer`s Dog`s packaging was never something I could figure out. Ollie has it all figured out. It`s set up for autoship so that I don`t have to worry. Excellent product and excellent customer service. The website needs to be easier to use. It is not possible to view all of your orders simultaneously. It is impossible to view all your orders at once. Although I did not want to give the website a star, please fix it!

Love Ollie`s. Our Doberman pup switched from Sundays to Ollie`s. Dog food for Sundays was not a good choice for the pup. Diarrhea and terrible stool. Two days after switching to Ollie, the stool quality improved. It`s wonderful and Tilly loves the stool. Thanks Ollie! !
