The artwork of my husband, myself and our two cats (sadly gone) was wonderful. Although the markings were perfect, they allow for unlimted revisions before shipping if you aren`t satisfied. It took me longer to receive it than I expected so I recommend ordering it in advance if you have a particular occasion.

The art was amazing. Although the first draft was quickly delivered, revisions were time-consuming and took a lot of effort. Multiple e-mails were ignored for weeks. Finally, I was able communicate via Facebook. I had to ask for a digital copy via Facebook Christmas Eve. After Christmas, an e-mail arrived with an apology and a digital print from another dog.

A terrible company that clearly took on too many orders they couldn`t fulfill. They must have had a wonderful Christmas with all the money they stole from their victims! It`s been four weeks since they sent me the image. I asked them if they could make any changes and they replied exactly the same image two weeks later. They are disgraceful to the profession.

They brought my fur babies to life in Disney characters. I love the results! They were very accommodating when I needed to make some changes to the photos to capture their personalities and their coat patterns. This was my fault, but it was an amazing result! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Scam, don`t spend your money. I have not received my item yet. I was told to ignore the delay email because my order would be lost in the queue.
A Trustpilot order must be verified or I risk being banned. Why bother with both of these? !

Ordered 14 Days ago. I have not received any communication from the company. I sent 2 emails to company but no reply. I was very disappointed, especially considering their high trustpilot …. rating. They probably felt that Christmas was too much for them. Absolute lack of professionalism.

It arrived in no time at all after I requested a small modification. This is a Christmas gift for my husband, but I don`t think I can wait so long to put it up.
