I phoned daily to talk to somebody at the workplace and left messages which I had not got the deal. I requested to phone me back after a few calls. Nobody ever called me . After weeks of attempting to get a person to talk to that I got ahold of somebody and she stated she did not understand why once you receive a unit online that they do not provide you a copy of the rental!!! Ridiculous. Lousy company administration! I had been appalled by the absence of obligation of the provider. I really don’t know how long I will be with this particular small business. However they will need to have it together…

The employees were both friendly and useful. They welcomed me got us when our furniture arrive in Oakland. But locking and closing the centre at 6 pm has been quite stressful for all of us. The movers eventually determined that with all the doubt of visitors they couldn’t guarantee coming by 6 pm 7/7. We had to pay additional to wait for a second day along with the movers drove down on Wednesday of the week. I didn’t realize we would not have access to our house at the evenings or nighttime.
