The SnowPak online system is easy to use. It allows you to view options and select a package. When I had a question, I was able to reach a person via phone.

This deal was fantastic. They offered an Epic Pass along with our booking. They also sent us an unexpected gift.
They somehow screwed up Epic Pass registration in a royal manner. They should learn from their mistakes.

After some phone connection issues, I was able to book a ski vacation package to Park City UT. A complimentary gift card was also sent to me. This was very appreciated as I found out that 2 additional family members wanted to go.
I called SnowPak to book another room. I was surprised when Shannon Schembri, Ski Travel Expert, said that she had read my previous review. booking!
She was amazing in her service. She not only booked the additional room but also apologized for any problems I had previously. Also, she offered me a generous discount gift card for my second room. Shannon and SnowPaks professional, thoughtful service was a huge hit with our extended family. We are all looking forward to a wonderful ski vacation! It was a great experience.

After doing some research, I found that snowpak was cheaper than renting my room, lift tickets, or rentals. I called them back after hours with a question and they answered all my questions. It was easy to book.

It was difficult to book travel, accommodation, rental, and tickets for a girls trip in BC. I found SnowPak and everything I needed. The website was easy to use. We were able to get a fantastic price and the customer service team was extremely helpful when we needed to modify some details of our itinerary.

Snowpak is our second year using it. We couldn`t be happier. I was able to find a hotel with lift tickets at a great price and it took me less time to find one. The accommodations we stayed in our first year were excellent. We are excited to find out where we will be staying this December! Snowpak, thank you!

It was so simple with SnowPak! The prompt communications were very helpful and made it easy to check in at the hotel and pick up our equipment and lift tickets. Unfortunately, the shop didn`t have the correct size boots for my husband (6`4″), and there was not as many demo skis as we had used in other shops.

Just booked a trip. Of the 5 people who were on it, 2 wanted to ski for 2 days and 3 for the others. I received an email immediately to confirm that it was accurate. It`s nice that they look out for mistakes in bookings.

Overall, it was a great experience. However, we had to leave one day earlier than planned because of bad weather at Telluride`s airport. Before I booked my flights, I would have liked to know more about the reliability of Telluride`s airport. To get to Montrose on time, we had to hire a limousine and pay additional airline tickets. Although I am aware that Snowpak did not arrange the flights, if they had told me that my plans were unlikely to be fulfilled, I would have changed my flights before my trip, and I would have had another day to ski. Although Snowpak`s staff is very friendly, they don`t have the same level of knowledge about resorts and airports as I would expect from a travel agency.
The hotel was otherwise excellent, the rentals were great, and the Epic passes worked as expected.
