Thank you for inquiring if I obtained this purchase and opportunity to reassess. Good products, excellent service at the same time. I really do believe that I obtained everything within this purchase. I totally obtained the Penn Spinfisher reel. Haven`t been able to use it due to the weather. I believe I obtained each the diamond jigs, and you could have come in a different shipping. Great followup from the Business.
Nothing associated with Tackle Direct however my guess is that why you had been following up to determine when I obtained this arrangement is because of very, quite inconsistent USPS package monitoring during COVID-19 (that I couldn`t tell when I monitored ). Enjoy that followup!
I ordered a Toadfish pole in the 15 days past. Hope I get that although USPS hasn`t upgraded their monitoring because it was assessed in. `d have given 5 stars in the event that you could persuade me it was really on its way so that I did not keep trying outside the front door (or even allow me to know it was not so that I could buy at local tackle store and make claim). Sorry about that but on your shield the 14 other requests ($1200+) I put with you within the last year have arrived quicker than anticipated. I believe that is a USPS item but still quite frustrating especially because I`d particular trip intended to utilize it.

Placed an order Dec. 14, 2020 got informed from USPS that bundle was waiting tag on Dec. 15, monitored for many weeks without any upgrades. Jan. 4, 2021 still no package. I contacted TackleDirect and they refunded my shipping price. Still waited for bundle to arrive at nothing. TackleDirect reimbursed

I purchased a fishing pole, obtained a delivery amount but the pole never delivered. The delivery amount said that USPS had been”expecting thing ” To put it differently, Tackle Direct never tendered the bundle to USPS. It is almost impossible to get in contact with customer services. I phoned Tackle Direct, also following many tries (I needed to behave as if I had been hoping to put an order for to a real person)I eventually got to talk to a worker. The worker promised me that the item was in stock and had sent. However, USPS had been having problems. 10 days after, I haven`t seen the bundle and the monitoring hasn`t updated. I contested the bill with my credit card business and Visa imputed me the price.

Inferior, dishonest support. I will prevent this business and urge everybody do the same.

I simply emailed the next to Tackle Direct for order 890089 we`ll find out if they react.

I only recieved this arrangement after waiting almost 3 months. The Penn fathom box factory seal has been broken along with the reel seems to have been taken advantage of. Some things I purchased aren`t in the delivery box and that I can not tell if they`ve been back ordered because the incorrect statement was contained in this box! I`ll be contesting charge of the order till you mend this. Please send me directions to go back the reel along with a postage paid container to set it in. I won`t take your cluttered business practices. Payment is going to be revived when you create this appropriate. You might choose to get Dave Zabrowski and inform him that you sent his packaging slip to somebody else.

Inferior support. Don`t obtain all things for 6 months. They certainly are promoting goods they don`t need in stock, nor convey what`s backordered on their site correctly, so you are able to make an educated choice to purchase (or not).

Literally each other tackle store in the world was outside of this 1/4 ounce chrome Kastmasters. Fortunately I discovered them . Figured I would also receive a new ultra-light pole while I had been at it. I proceeded with the least expensive shipping and received my first shipping in Boston in 3 times! I purchased 2 rods and reels and also obtained the sticks and did not obtain the reels. I needed to contact handle straight for followup. Their reply was we don`t have any idea when you are going to get them. I cancelled and got ordered and refund reels someplace else and obtained them two days. My overall original arrangement was approximately $1,000. The rods and reels must be utilized collectively. I`m less than thrilled with the experience and likely will not return.

I purchased a bait tank throughout Tackle Direct on June 2. I want to return it as it`s not exactly what I wanted. I`ve attempted to get customer support through email many times on various days to find a return approval. I haven`t gotten any reaction! They aren`t answering calls due to Covid 19 that is bizarre. I really don`t believe the virus spreads during telephone conversation. I can`t conduct business with people in this way. I guess I will need to market the tank Ebay because I can not return it for example their site claims. Quite frustrated and will store elsewhere later on. I advise that you do the same.
