Needed new shutters on 60 year old home. Had researched Timberlane products before. Enticed by reduction being offered. Contacted customer support. Great working with my touch. Very patient and educated. Had the three pairs installed. Really,very stunning look. Delighted I didn’t settle for attached to the siding vinyl shutters.

There was no doubt I was going to buy the shutter set in the slightest. Through time I have bought dividers for just about any window in my house and discard. The item is quite nice and looks magnificent. But my capacity to urge those shutters is eternally tempered with the price I paid for the 1 pair. I’d never have used your company to the first purchase when it had been 25 times that I paid that moment.

Exceptional quality of shutters — material and construction. We did our own paint job. But not outstanding tech support — did not get much assistance with selection of fold and hinge components. I did my own drawings to determine what components would work — an older property. And, I had to drill & chamfer new set of mounting holes latches to find appropriate attachment, with no vertical mounting screws breaking out the edge of non invasive rabbitt. I was told”not had an issue” instead of guidance about the error in match of compacted parts. After the modifications, however, a gorgeous setup.

We looked for weather-proof shutters for quite awhile. (4 years) We saw reviews for Timberlane dividers and were convinced to give them a try because we desired the”Cape Cod” look. In South Florida, the Cape Cod style was only found in wood- NOT a fantastic choice for termite prone areas. We measured TWICE and also did online tutorial to pick and choose for each windowSUPER EASY! Shipping was a cinch, with fall off at Front of out garage. It took , and 21 year old to get out of crate and place apartment . Shutters were a bit heavy, but achievable with two individuals. Next day install on 5 windows required 6 hours by our local, licensed carpenter. Victor (our team ) created it EASY from begin to finish to order. We’d JUST missed the sale by a single day, but he made it happen! Highly recommend- we LOVE our shutters!!! Well worth the cash and will continue FOREVER!

Gorgeous item, made nicely. An easy adventure ordering, but make sure to measure nicely and assess your purchase hardware from the measurements BEFORE you finalize to steer clear of returns at your own cost. (The plate of the pintels which was arranged was too broad for the jamb we quantified – the plate was exactly 1.5 in-which was that the width of the jamb, so the drill holes were off of the jamb in the borders.) Apart from that, a fantastic product- can not wait to see how it wears throughout the years!

They’re a custom made colour and look good. Not installed so cannot comment on the installation instructions/hardware and performance.

The shutter are described unfortunately I believe some improvements could be produced like the hinge for the Bermuda dividers is too small, after drilling a hole at the center of the hinge you’re just drilling into about a quarter of their shutter instead of using the middle of the shutter that the hinges to hold the shutters out we are not properly created however they stood behind everything but the hinge.

These are affordable, high quality all wood shutters that are designed per your specification. I’ve got a design in mine that actually makes the walls’pop up’. Jonathan B. was knowledgeable, responsive, effective, polite and took the time to answer my own questions. I highly recommend this company and these shutters. Wood vs. MDF Engineered vinyl, the costs were similar, but you are receiving all wood vs. manufactured wood product vs. vinyl. I’d buy again from this organization. KUDOS!

Quality product. Looks sharp in the house. Good website and earnings help (Nick) was responsive and very valuable. Packaging and shipping were flawless.
Only 1 comment to offer. We needed hinges for the bifold walls and live at the very moist southwest. Surprised some of their butt hinges were not stainless steel (steel hinges would rust out fast ) and not carried. We sourced them ourselves.

We would do business with them again.

Our Shutters are all beautiful and nicely made. They enhance the doorway position of our home and We enjoy them very muchbetter. The Timberlane people were good to take care of. The outside shipping company that they used to find the dividers to us , shall we say,”not oriented toward client support” and that caused a few nervous moments. Luckily the Timberlane team managed to straighten out things rather fast. We would definitely suggest Timberlane as a fantastic option.

The revenue and customer service representatives were very responsive and helpful. The only hangup arrived together with scheduling the delivery. I had been told I would be reached from the delivery firm with program for shipping. I was never contacted however, the afternoon of my husband’s operation and degeneration I returned to obtain the pallet of dividers dropped in my drive. I managed to acquire my sons to help place them at the garage but I want to have been ready. The dividers are amazing.

Quality good but truth that the shutters went on the market cheaper than I paid off before I could even get them installed a very bad taste in my mouth. I actually got an email from the business boosting their special sale days when I got my shipment.
