I didn’t understand just how much I missed talking French before italki. I can not get enough! Italki isn’t hard to navigate, therefore lots of instructors/tutors to select from, and that I feel myself advancing after every lesson. I have recovered some confidence in my speech abilities. I had and Issue with an Ark update and could not access my server. I tried the posted workaround and it didn't work. I opened a trouble ticket, Adrian Darby answered within 10 mins. He had me try a few things on my end which took about 20 mins I messaged that they didn't work. He answered back again within 10 mins saying he would take a look on there end. After about 30 mins he messaged to try and access the server. I could not at the time. he said not a problem and to try when I could. What he did fixed the issue. He was very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable about what he was doing.

Now that does not mean the issue was resolved at that time, just the acknowledgment and the feel that it’s being handled. The whole staff needs capes and a super-suit!

NO PROBLEM!" but as soon as I signed up and tried it – magic 'make my server run the staging branch' button in the control panel didn't work. I specifically wanted my server for the weekend, and after ordering it on Friday afternoon, it wouldn't let me connect. The support team was back and forth with me over the whole weekend getting it sorted out, and by noon on Sunday, I was logged in, whackin' trees and muggin' people for their hard-earned loot. It was a frustrating experience that they turned around and made work to my satisfaction. Very pleased.
