I purchased a key for windows 10 pro activation. It didn`t work the first time. Support responded quickly and asked me to provide an order number and the key that wasn`t working. Then, a second response was received within minutes with a new key. This time, the key worked exactly as it was supposed to.
Yes, it was not a perfect experience. However, they don`t try to scam you and there are real people who can help those in need.

Rafael was an extraordinary worker. He did everything he could, even more than he had to. He tried everything and finally it worked. I believe he is an excellent man. They asked me for screenshots. I submitted them and within an hour I received a new key. They were able to quickly resolve the issue. 5/5.

Although the first key didn`t work for me, customer service was excellent. I tried troubleshooting, but they just gave me another key. Within 12 hours of purchasing Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Pro was up and running.
