TentCraft was a great place to design and buy. Although I was unsure of what I needed or wanted, Meg and her team were able to help me create a tent that would be eye-catching with my logo and tagline. Although the quality and construction cost me a bit more than I expected, I am confident that I will have a product that lasts and represents my company well.

I ordered a popup tent 10×10 from another supplier but was denied due to a supply chain issue. I urgently need a tent to set up a camp for holiday sports. Jenn Hodges was the person I contacted after I discovered TentCraft online. She was amazing. Marley Lively, her team at TentCraft and she were able answer all of my questions and create and deliver a fantastic tent in a short time. I can`t wait for the tent to be installed in a few days. We ordered an E-series and it arrived missing an essential piece. TentCraft shipped the part overnight to a UPS center in our area. The tent was beautiful and it saved us a lot of money.

We had some issues with the tent top. The products were good. TentCraft was able to help me with this unusual wear and tear. The tent was not very old and hadn`t been used often. They did extensive research and determined that the tent top was defective in workmanship. Amazing Customer Service

It is much larger than I expected and has a super sturdy frame that comes with a 5-year warranty. Cody`s touch of the flag waving on the top is amazing. It received 4 stars, as our logo was slightly blurry on the 4 valances. It looks amazing from afar!

The tent is stunning, first of all! The tent`s customization is perfect, the colors are amazing, and the fabric and construction quality of the tent are top-notch. From sales to delivery, every step of the order process was smooth. Jen and Cody were friendly, patient, and easy to work alongside. The design team was great at bringing our ideas to life. Due to a defect in the manufacturer, I had to use the warranty. However, swapping the unit was a very pleasant experience. It was incredible to receive such great customer service!
